The Walking Dead adds two new characters to the cast.
Basically, anyone who joins the cast of The Walking Dead gets killed off. And according to reports, two new characters. who are not included in the comic book series, are joining the cast of the zombie-drama, which means they will probably killed off.
Naomi is a grandmotherly type who, having lost so many loved ones, is now willing to do whatever it takes not to have to bury any more. (Maybe she’s being introduced to counsel Carol about the awful necessities of the post-apocalyptic world… )
On the flip side is Jennie, a sunny-side-up kinda teenager — oh, Caaarl! — who sounds a lot like Beth 2.0, “kind, with a world-weary toughness.”
Jennie seems like a pretty generic character. But, Naomi sounds like Carol and it seems unlikely that show would need to have two characters who are older women that act the exact same way. Although, maybe since Carol is no longer a savage killer, Naomi will serve as an example of what Carol is becoming.
Who knows? I know I don’t. We will just have to wait and see.

When Kit Harington auditioned for the role of Jon Snow he had a black eye. Why? Well, he had gotten into a fight at McDonald’s the night before.

As he explains in a video for W Magazine, he and the young woman he was “sort of dating at the time” stopped by a McDonald’s late one night. There was a shortage of seats, so they joined another couple at their table. But one of their companions started getting upset and acting increasingly rude until, “He called her something like an ugly pig or something worse,” according to Harington. “I got up and said: ‘No, no, no, you can’t, you can’t call her that, get up.’” And, this happened:
“So I called him up for a fight, which I’d never done before,” Harington went on. “And of course he’d been sat down the whole time, and he got up and he just … kept going. And I just realized at that point that I had to throw the first punch otherwise I’d look like a complete wimp.”
The end result?
“I got battered,” Harington admitted. “So then I went to the Jon Snow audition with a black eye – which I think that man who punched me in the face may have helped me get the job, so if you’re watching, thank you.”
He also admitted that he fell asleep on the stone slab while filming his dead Jon Snow scenes. “There’s nothing scarier than waking up in the middle ofGame of Thrones world, naked, with everyone standing over you, and thinking,Oh my God, I’ve died and I’ve actually ended up in Westeros.”
This is pretty interesting. I guess at the end of the day, you never know where life will take you.

According to Deadline, Steven Spielberg will direct The Kidnapping Of Edgardo Mortara, an adaptation of the the book by Pulitzer Prize-winner David Kertzer. Mary Rylance, who won the Best Supporting Oscar for Spielberg’s Bridge Of Spies and who plays the title character in Spielberg’s The BFG, will star as Pope Pius IX.
Published in 1997, The Kidnapping Of Edgardo Mortara centers around the story of a young Jewish boy in Bologna, Italy in 1858 who, having been secretly baptized, is forcibly taken from his family to be raised as a Christian. His parents’ struggle to free their son becomes part of a larger political battle that puts Catholicism, democracy and Italy against each other.

The original Harry Potter, Daniel Radcliffe, reveals he has no problem with returning to the wizarding world and reprising his original character. However, he will only do it under the right circumstances.
“The circumstances would have to be pretty extraordinary. But then I am sure Harrison Ford said that with Han Solo and look what happened there!” he told Radio Times. “So I am saying ‘No’ for now, but leaving room to backtrack in the future,” Radcliffe added.

‘Game of Thrones‘ casting director praises background extras on Facebook.
Season 6 of Game of Thrones maybe over but, it’s still a fresh memory for the cast, background actors, crew members, and casting directors behind the hit HBO series. Game of Thrones spends $10 million dollars per episode to bring words on a page to life. It’s reasonable to believe that the show would be nothing without the hundreds of background actors that worked on the show. And the casting director behind the show wants everyone to know.
ExtrasNI posted on Facebook today praising the hundreds of background actors that worked on the show saying, : “Another Game of Thrones season over… and what a finale!! Tetris trilogy is now casting lead roles for the new movie.
When I was a kid, I used to spend hours on my Gameboy playing Tetris (it was the only game I owned for a long time). Unlike most hand-held games, the game had a very simple mission, sort blocks falling from the sky to create a perfect straight line with horrible techno music playing in the background. I would say Tetris didn’t have a plot, storyline or even a character, so when it was announced that Hollywood was interested in turning Tetris into a movie, I was shocked. And according to Empire, which spoke to the movie’s co-producer Larry Kasanoff, that movie has just turned into a trilogy. Needless to say, I’m speechless.
Kasanoff says they are making a trilogy because the story is “so big” it doesn’t fit into one movie. Which is pretty surprising for a video game that doesn’t even have a story line. “I came up with the idea as I was thinking about Tetris and the theme of creating order out of chaos,” Kasanoff told Empire. “No-one has come remotely close to figuring out what we’re doing.”
The movie, which is a Chinese co-production, will reach audiences around the world, Kasanoff claims, and casting is now underway. Stay tuned for more casting calls, job opportunities and news for the new Tetris movie.
Abby Lee Miller, star of Dance Moms, pled guilty this week to bankruptcy fraud.
Miller, who is now a convicted felon, confessed to concealing $755,000 during the Chapter 11 filing process. She also admitted to carrying her money in luggage so that it would be undetected when she returned from a trip to Australia. She and her traveling companions stuffed $120,000 in cash into Ziplock bags, separating it into chunks less than $10,00 and then concealed the money in their suitcases.
Her sentencing date is set for October 11, 2016, though it may be adjusted after the ruling of another bankruptcy fraud case currently before the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. Typically, those convicted of bankruptcy fraud serve up to 30 months in prison. Miller remains free on bond until she receives her sentence.
Miller’s lawyer wrote that the reality star “appreciates the words of encouragement and support from around the world.”

TNT’s new TV pilot CIVIL is now casting extras to play protesters in New York City.
TNT is now casting extras to work on the series CIVIL in New York City. Producers are looking for men and women, who are 18 and older, to play political rally goers on the upcoming scene. Filming will take place on Wednesday, June 29th, Thursday, June 30th and Friday, July 1st.

Job Duties: Help with a trade show booth for the National PTA Convention and Expo. Talent will need to learn about our company and one online product. Explain the product to attendees. Talent will also need to help is selling books. The booth will carry out a book sale for attendees. Talent will need to help break down the booth at the conclusion of the event-putting books in boxes and other light work.

History channel’s new series SIX is now casting lifeguards for a beach scene filming in Wilmington, North Carolina. Producers are looking for male lifeguards to work on the scene.
About Seal Team Six:
The series will be written by William Broyles along with David Broyles, a military special operations veteran. The first season follows the SEAL team during a 2014 mission to eliminate a Taliban leader in Afghanistan that goes awry when they uncover a U.S. citizen working with the terrorists.
The series promises to chronicle the “real missions capturing what these SEALs do, their complex personal lives, and the life-and-death decisions they make.”

According to the New Orleans film commission, 20th Century Fox film producers are hiring crew members to work on the new movie. Plot details are unknown at this time, but the film will be the third solo vehicle for Logan/Wolverine (Jackman) in the X-Men film series. Director James Mangold has said he is looking at Wolverine comic book story lines for inspiration, including “Old Man Logan.”
