However, Extras Casting Atlanta recently posted a casting call looking for a photo double for kid actor Jeremy Ray Tyler and according to his IMDB page he is currently working on Goosebumps 2. That said, we cannot confirm at this time that this is the movie Extras Casting Atlanta is looking for. But, Goosebumps 2 is now filming in Atlanta, Georgia.

Crewmember Electrocuted On Set of the Motley Crue Biopic ‘The Dirt’

A crewmember was electrocuted on the set of the Motley Crue biopic The Dirt in New Orleans, Louisiana.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, a crew member working on the New Orleans set of the Motley Crue biopic The Dirt was electrocuted on Saturday.

The person has not been named and is a member of the off-set rigging crew and was de-rigging a set. The man is currently in the hospital and is expected to recover.

“Even though all of our safety protocols were in place, an accident did occur and a crewmember was injured by electricity,” the rep said.

This news comes after the Louisiana Film Commission posted a hiring notice for crew workers to work on the movie last month and an open casting call for background actors to work on the production just last week.

The Dirt, the movie based on the tell-all autobiography by Motley Crue, is on the fast track to happen. Rapper Machine Gun Kelly has been cast as drummer Tommy Lee. English actor Douglas Booth has been cast as bassist Nikki Sixx. Game of Thrones actor Iwan Rheon, who played the villainous Ramsay Bolton, is in talks to join the cast as guitarist Mick Mars. Daniel Webber, who you may remember from The Punisher is in talks to play Vince Neil.

A Scientology TV Network is Coming Soon

A Scientology TV Network is Coming Soon

According to reports, The Church of Scientology will be getting their very own TV network.

The group, led by David Miscavige, is on track to launch a channel on DirectTV, Apple TV, and Roku this week.

The network has already appeared on Apple’s app store, where Scientology TV is available for download from The Church of Scientology International, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The app says the network will officially launch at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. P.T. on Monday, March 12th.

There were reported rumors of a potential Scientology TV network as early as 2017. That said, it is not clear what the network will feature, or who from the church’s long list of famous members may be featured on the network, but the app references live streaming and “full episodes of your favorite shows.”

The story of legendary lawmen Frank Hamer and Manny Gault, veteran Texas Rangers who led the hunt for notorious Depression-era outlaws Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow. Though they’d hung up their badges by the time of the duo’s crime spree, the men were coaxed back by bank owners and commissioned as special investigators to assemble a posse. Stranger Things’ Creators Respond to Claims of Verbally Abusing Female Crew Members

The creators behind Netflix’s mega-hit Stranger Things have acknowledged and spoke out about allegations of verbal abuse on the set of the Georgia filmed series.

The Duffer brothers said that they are upset by the claims and allegations. The statement comes days after Stranger Things grip Peyton Brown posted about accusations from the set of theshow and her decision not to return for season three.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Netflix found no wrongdoing by Matt and Ross Duffer or anybody else on set, and the pair seemed to indicate that treating everybody reasonably is their main priority.

“We are deeply upset to learn that someone felt uncomfortable on our set. Due to the high-stress nature of production, tempers occasionally get frayed, and for that, we apologize. However, we think it is important not to mischaracterize our set, where we believe strongly in treating everyone fairly regardless of gender, orientation, race, religion, or anything else. We remain totally committed to providing a safe and collaborative working environment for everyone on our productions.”

Brown’s initial post was deleted after comments began to go viral with details separate from her accounts, including one reprinted by Variety that claimed there were incidents of yelling, insults, and threats by the duo with people “fired or forced to quit because of them.” Brown deleted the posted and reposted without the comments:

“I guess there’s no better day than #nationalwomensday to say #timesup and announce that I will not be a part of the filming of Season 3 of Stranger Things. Why, you ask? Because I stand with my sisters. I personally witnessed two men in high positions of power on that set seek out and verbally abuse multiple women. I promised myself that if I were ever in a situation to say something that I would. I have 11.5 thousand followers who can hear me say this, TIME IS UP. Women in the film industry are POWERFUL. We will rise and we will scream from mountain tops in support of each other and I will not contribute my time, efforts, and talent to such abusive people. There is too much going on in this world to be regressive. There are too many amazing and highly respected men in respective positions of power that I have had the utmost pleasure of working beside.”

Dynasty is an upcoming American prime time television soap opera series reboot based on the 1980s series of the same name, which ran on ABC from 1981 to 1989. Set to air on The CW, the new series was developed by Josh Schwartz, Stephanie Savage, and Sallie Patrick. It stars Grant Show as Blake Carrington, Nathalie Kelley as Cristal Flores, Elizabeth Gillies as Blake’s daughter Fallon, and James Mackay as his son Steven. The pilot, which was announced in September 2016, was ordered to series in May 2017. Dynasty will premiere on October 11, 2017.
