Carter’s casting directors are now casting, actors, models, and influencers to work on scenes filming in Atlanta, Georgia this December 21st and 22nd. Talents will be compensated between $375 to $500 per day plus an additional $100 for a fitting.
Emma Watson is an English actress. Emma was born in Paris on April 15, 1990. When asked by Chastain how she chooses her roles, Watson reveals she bases it more on instinct than anything else. She says:
People sometimes talk about me as being a brand, having a strategy and whatever else. I wish. Seriously. I wish I had it together enough to have a strategy. But it’s so instinctual. It usually comes down to two things: the person I’m working with—the director is really important to me—and a line in a script. There’s usually one line that I read and I’m like, “Okay. I have to say this line. I have to tell this story.” It’s an instant click. And if there isn’t that line, even if the story is great, I’m always a bit meh. Whenever I’ve gone against my instincts, it’s been a bit of a disaster. If there’s a script I’m considering, I will get everyone to read it. I will get my mom to read it, I will get my friends to read it, I’ll get the person doing my manicure to read it. [laughs] I’m someone who really needs to talk things through. And then, obviously, I have a wonderful manager and agents, and I listen very carefully to what they have to say as well. But it’s a bit of a free-for-all. I would honestly get my cat’s opinion if I could. Anyway, if it’s something I need to say, I say it. If it’s something I feel genuinely connected to, then I’ll do it. But I generally feel uncomfortable being the topic of conversation and try to steer away from that.

According to reports, John M. Chu, the director of the box office hit movie Crazy Rich Asians and In The Heights, is directing the upcoming feature film. Stephen Daldry left the Project, which has been in the works for over a decade.

Abbi (age 18-23) – Abbi is a young trans woman with a 90s Winona Ryder vibe who is confident and self-assured in her gender identity. Abbi is the leader of her group and the queen bee of her college – every girl either wants to be like her or be friends with her. She’s sunny, magnetic, generous, and loyal. When Abbi came out as a trans woman, she was kicked out of the house by her conservative parents. She currently lives with her boyfriend, Kent, whose family is much more accepting. About Lakeyah:
Lakeyah Curtis was raised in Oakland, California, and began singing at a very young age. Lakeyah was inspired by the music of her mother, who sang gospel songs to Lakeyah as a child. Her grandmother also listened to gospel music, and Lakeyah grew up listening to artists such as Aretha Franklin and Celine Dion. Her mother encouraged her to sing by sending Lakeyah to music school. Lakeyah studied opera and possesses a background in classical music. Lakeyah began writing songs as a child, mostly about love.
Lakeyahs love for R&B music inspired her musical endeavors. Lakeyah sang at local churches and performed with different choirs until she was old enough to write her own music. She began writing poetry as a child and wrote about everything from her fears for the future to heartbreak. She attended Grambling State University, where Lakeyah majored in English Literature and minored in women’s studies. She then went on to attend Howard Law School before dropping out to focus on her music career. Lakeyah cites singers like Lauryn Hill and Andre 3000 as Lakeyah’s inspiration in the music business. Lakeyah worked in San Francisco, California to gain experience in music before moving to Los Angeles, California with Lakeyah’s manager, Shad Star.
Lakeyahs first single was titled “Slow Dance” and Lakeyah released Lakeyahs debut album, “Everyday Things”, in 2015. The music video for her first single was selected by MTV as an Official Honoree at the 2015 VMA awards. Her second single, “Slow Dance II”, was also well-received and Lakeyah performed on stage with Lakeyah’s label mate, Niatia “Lil Mama” Kirkland at the Lakeyahs release party. Lakeyah’s music video for Lakeyahs second single was shot in her hometown of Oakland, California and she stated that she wanted to showcase where she came from through this music video. In 2016, Lakeyah began to work on Lakeyah’s sophomore album and Lakeyah released Lakeyahs second single, “I’ll Be There”, in 2017. Lakeyah is currently working on Lakeyahs upcoming EP, which will include Lakeyahs first music video off of her 2015 debut album.

Modeling agencies will not only help you get more work, but they’ll also help maintain your portfolio, which is extremely important when on a job! You want to ensure high-quality images of yourself so clients know what type of face they are hiring for their product. Be on the lookout for these types of companies in your area by doing some research online, checking out local newspapers/billboards, etc.…
If there’s no agency near you, though, don’t worry – many large cities have multiple agencies available. Check out Project Casting for companies actively seeking and hiring models.
Don’t see any agents where you live? No problem! Modeling agencies are a great way to find work, but you can also apply for jobs through specific companies. These jobs will be posted online and require that you submit your photos to get the job. This is not ideal because it’s tough to stand out from everyone else applying without an agent representing you. However, this does happen quite frequently, so make sure to keep an eye on all of your local companies’ websites and Project Casting.
– Modeling agencies look for models who have unique looks – something different from what they already represent at their company or what other modeling agents around town might have available too. If every agent represents tall blondes with blue eyes, being short and brunette probably won’t get you anywhere. Modeling agencies need to know that they can count on you when the pressure is on, and their client needs someone who will represent them well!
