USA Network’s “Satisfaction” posted a casting call for extras in Atlanta, Georgia.

The new drama on the USA network is described as a “provocative drama that explores modern marriage at its midpoint.” The new television series features Matt Passmore (“The Glades”) as Neil Truman and Stephanie Szostack, (“The Devil Wears Prada”) as Grace.

The USA network describes the series by answering the question, “What do you do when having it all is not enough?” by delving into their shocking and unconventional choices.

Marinella Hume Casting is currently seeking men and women to play diner staff including fry cooks, waiters, and waitresses. ‘Game of Thrones’ Season 5 Producers Looking for New Locations to Film

Producers for Game of Thrones are looking for locations to film their fifth season.

There are only a few more episodes left for seasons 4 of Game of Thrones and producers are currently working on finding additional filming locations for the fifth season.

According to OLV, the Game of Thrones currently looking for locations in Spain and in the Andalusia region located in the south Iberian peninsula.

Filming locations for the show have included Northern Ireland where most of the filming takes place. Game of Thrones Season 5 also filmed at Titanic Studios in Blefast, Iceland and Croatia and some special effects work in hollywood.

Dubrovnik, Croatia serves as the setting for King’s Landing and several new locations added in the fourth season. OLV reports that Dorne could be a possible location for the country of Dorne, the southernmost region of the Seven Kingdoms.

A Storm of Swords, the third book in the A Song of Ice and Fire series, gives us some insight into the landscape of Dorne, which is largely a hot desert region, but also has mountains and a coastline. Dorne’s capital is Sunspear, a hot desert-region stronghold where prominent members of the ruling Martell family reside. [OLV]

Adding Spain will bring the total of countries used for Game of Thrones to eight. If, HBO was interested in saving some money they would possibly look at locations in the United States such as Georgia, which offers a 30% tax incentive to productions. But, according to reports, HBO spends $6 million an episode. So money is probably not a concern.

The D.U.F.F is based on Kody Keplinger’scoming-of-age novel “The DUFF” (which stands for Designated Ugly Fat Friend).

“The DUFF” centers on Bianca, a high school senior whose life is turned upside down when she finds out she’s been labeled her social group’s DUFF (designated ugly fat friend), a sidekick to her prettier, more popular friends. She becomes determined to reinvent herself, enlisting her fellow DUFFs in a scheme to overthrow Madison, the school’s evil queen.

‘Loomis Fargo’ Starring Zach Galifianakis and Owen Wilson Now Hiring Crew Members

Zach Galifianakis, Owen Wilson and Kristen Wiig’s next feature film is now filming and hiring crew members in North Carolina.

According to recent reports, Untitled Armored Car Project aka Loomis Project, has officially started pre-production in Asheville, North Carolina. Filming will take place in Asheville and Wilmington, North Carolina.

The movie centers on the 1997 Loomis Fargo warehouse robbery that occurred in Charlotte, North Carolina where a night guard at an armored car company organizes one of the biggest bank heists in history.

Galifianakis plays a disgruntled armored car driver who teams up with a pretty co-worker and a group of inexperienced criminals to steal nearly $20 million from a bank vault. The thieves leave a trail of evidence as they go on an excessive spending spree buying mansions, sports cars and boats. To add insult to injury, the driver’s team double-cross him and leave him alone on the run in Mexico while they live the good life in the United States.

Danny McBride and Jody Hill from Eastbound & Down will executive produce the project alongside Kevin J. Messick.

According to TheWrap, Zach Galifianakis beat Jim Carrey to the lead role after Carrey was unable to film the movie due to scheduling conflicts.

Marilyn Manson cast as a white supremacist in the final season of ‘Sons of Anarchy’

Marilyn Manson, the man who inspired a generation of teenagers rebel and be themselves has been cast in the final season of Sons of Anarchy.

Marilyn Mason will play white supremacist on FX’s ‘Sons of Anarchy’. The character’s name is Ron Tully, a prison shot-caller who Jax uses to expand his power base.

Marilyn Manson recently commented on joining the cast and crew of ‘Sons of Anarchy’

“Sons has been such a big part of my life, as well as my father’s,” said Manson. “So I was determined to make him proud by being involved in what will probably be remembered as the most amazing piece of television cinema. After all, the very heart of SOA is about that relationship. So, now all I need is a motorcycle.”

The role may just work out perfectly for Marilyn Manson. He was once accused of being a white supremacist after he was found to have a bunch of Nazi paraphernalia and human skin masks in his home. In 2007, Marilyn Manson was accused of wasting his band’s money on a child’s skeleton, masks made of human skin, and Nazi memorabilia.

Keyboardist Stephen “Pogo” Bier filed a breach of contract lawsuit in August in which he accused Manson of taking cash belonging to the rest of the band to pay for the “sick and disturbing” purchases.

As well as the skeleton and masks, Manson is said to have bought a range of stuffed animals, including a grizzly bear and two baboons.

He is also accused of using band funds to pay for a collection of Nazi memorabilia.

Marilyn Manson, real name Brian Hugh Warner is known for his controversial stage personality which was created by mixing the actress Marilyn Monroe and Manson Family leader Charles Manson.

He is best known for his 1996 album Antichrist Superstar and 1998’s Mechanical Animals, which earned him a reputation for creating a negative influence on young people.

Manson made his film debut in 1997 in David Lynch’s Lost Highway. Since then he has had several cameos including Party Monster, Jawbreaker, Eastbound & Down, and ABC’s Once Upon a Time.

Marilyn Manson was in works for his directorial debut, Phantasmagoria: The visions of Lewis Carroll. The movie was to star Marilyn Manson as Lewis Carroll, the author of Alice Adventures in Wonderland. But, production was put on indefinite hold after disturbing clips from the movie hit the Internet and viewers were shocked. The response was so bad that sources close to the movie said that “it’s unlikely that the movie will likely ever see the light of day”

Plus-Size Models are Now More in Demand Than Ever Before

Plus-Size Models are making progress in the modeling industry.

More plus-size models are becoming higher profile and are getting more jobs than ever before.

The latest report from DNA Info spoke with the organization ALDA. ALDA an organization that promotes size diversity in modeling. Members of the organization, a group of plus-size models, all signed with IMG a few months ago, and they said that there are more opportunities for them than ever before.

“I have literally gone on more castings in five months then in the last 10 years of my career,” model Ashley Graham said.

There is an increase in plus-size models. Demand for clothing size 14 and up increased 7 percent in the past 12 months, totaling $17.6 billion in sales, according to the market researching company the NPD Group.

But, a major change may come from the talent agencies, not from the fashion designers.

But as agencies push their plus-size models for jobs normally reserved for straight-size gals, fashion designers will be pressured to use them, according to Catherine Schuller, a former plus-size model who now runs fashion events that promote diversity.

But, plus-size modeling is not new. There has been a push for these type of models for several years now. The difference now is there is less attention given to smaller sized models. It is no longer a big story when a smaller sized model lands an opportunity to do high fashion for a major brand. Nowadays, when a plus-size model lands a job, it makes headline news and for good reasons too. They are breaking stereotypes and common industry standards.

But, before you jump to conclusion and think that the fashion world will be dominated by plus-size models, you must keep in mind that a plus-size model is not an average size person. Plus-size models are still “models” and conventional fashion models are usually thin. Plus-size models are women that are just larger than their size double-zero counterparts. Some of these models will not be found shopping at Lane Bryant stores.

Elliot Rodger’s Parents Describe Life After Shooting as “Hell on Earth”

Elliot Rodger’s parents, Peter and Chin Rodger, tell CNN that “The feeling of knowing that it was our son’s actions that caused the tragedy can only be described as hell on Earth.”

On Thursday, Peter Rodger and Chin Rodger, the parents of Elliot Rodger, the serial killer that killed several people at the University of California, Santa Barbara, released their first statement since Friday’s shooting, describing their life as “hell earth”.

“We are crying out in pain for the victims and their families. It breaks our hearts on a level that we didn’t think was possible,” they said in a statement read on CNN by family friend Simon Astaire. “The feeling of knowing that it was our son’s actions that caused this tragedy can only be described as hell on earth.”

Family friend Simon Astaire also told CNN about her relationship with Elliot Rodger.

In one brief conversation, Rodger asked Astaire — a novelist — if writing was a lonely experience.

Astaire described the process as “solitary,” and Rodger replied with “I know what you mean,” and turned away.

“As soon as you met him, he was unbearably reserved, self-contained, he seemed to merge into the walls,” he told CNN. “He seemed the loneliest person in the world,” Astaire said.

Among Elliot Rodger’s victims were Rodger’s three roommates — Cheng Yuan Hong, 20; George Chen, 19; and Weihan “David” Wang, 20. Each was stabbed to death.

But Elliot Rodger continued from there, he then embarked on a shooting rampage Friday night, killing two young women — Katherine Cooper, 22, and Veronika Weiss, 19, both members of the Delta Delta Delta sorority.

He then went into a deli and killed UCSB junior Christopher Martinez, 20, who was getting a sandwich.

“The Sunday Horse” Acting Auditions Open Casting Call in Atlanta

“The Sunday Horse” feature film posted an open casting call for actors this Saturday, May 31st outside of Atlanta, Georgia.

‘The Sunday Horse’ is a feature film that is inspired by the story of Debi Connor, a rider from the wrong side of the tracks who overcomes prejudice and a near-fatal accident to become the United States champion jumper on a horse that everyone dismissed as untalented.

The movie will be directed by Academy Award winner, Vic Armstrong who is just coming off working with Nicholas Cage in ‘Left Behind’. The story is written by Fred T. Kuehnert, and will be produced by Ronnie Clemmer and co-produced by John Duffy.

New Life Casting will be holding a Casting Call for the movie, The Sunday Horse, on Saturday, May 31 from Noon until 6 PM at the Rockdale Career Academy, 1064 Culpepper Drive, Conyers, GA 30094. Must be available to work throughout June and beginning of July.

A stand-in for film and TV is a person who substitutes for the actor before filming, for technical purposes such as lighting or blocking.

Stand-ins assist in the production process because lighting setup can be a slow and tedious process. During this time the actor will often times be somewhere else. Stand-ins allow the director of photography to adjust the lights for the scene and the camera operators to light and focus scenes.

The director will often times ask stand-ins to deliver the scene dialogue and walk through (blocking) the scenes to be filmed. This will help speed up the day’s production and is a necessary and valuable cast member.

Stand-ins are different from body doubles, who actually replace the actors on camera from behind, in makeup or during stunts. Stand-ins do not appea ron camera. Sometimes, the job of a stand-ins and double are done by the same person.

Stand-ins do not necessarily look like the actor, but usually they have the same skin tone, hair color, height and even build as the actor so that lighting in a scene will be done correctly.

Some celebrities require that they always have the same stand-ins. For example, Adam Bryant is Robin Williams official stand-in.

Brad Pitt was attacked by Hollywood party crasher, Vitalii Sediuk at Angelina Jolie’s ‘Maleficent’ Premiere

The red carpet prankster, Vitalii Sediuk was arrested after jumping a barricade and making physical contact with the Brad Pitt. Sediuk was later charged by the LAPD for battery.

Brad Pitt was the victim of an attack while walking the red carpet at the premiere of his fiancee’s new Disney film, “Maleficent.”

According to reports, a man jumped the barricade at the El Capitan theater in Hollywood. The man made contact with the actor, before he was pulled away by authorities.

A rep for Disney told TheWrap, “This was an unfortunate and inappropriate incident that is being investigated by the LAPD.”

The man, who allegedly attacked Brad Pitt was red carpet prankster Vitalii Seduik. The 25 year old was booked on suspicion of misdemeanor battery. After the attack, Brad Pitt continued to sign autographs for fans.

This is not the first time Seduik crashed popular Hollywood events. Seduik is known for creating awkward situations with unsuspecting celebs. Last week he put his head up America Ferrara‘s dress at the Cannes premiere of “How to Train Your Dragon 2“.

In 2012, he got slapped by Will Smith after trying to kiss him on the lips on the red carpet premiere of “Men in Black 3“.

Other pranks include crotch-hugging both Bradley Cooper and Leonardo DiCaprio on separate occasions.

Comedy Central TV Pilot ‘Duty’ posted a casting call for extras in Atlanta, Georgia.

Comedy Central has recently given the green light to ‘Duty‘ a new half hour TV pilot from the creators of ‘Happy Endings‘.

‘Duty‘ centers on a Kyle (Mike O’Gorman) a former football star who loses everything and is forced tos tart anew by moving back to his hometown and take a job at the local police force opposite his childhood best friend Lonnie (Gil Ozeri).

‘Duty‘ hails from creator/executive producer David Caspe, writers Matthew and Daniel Libman, executive producer Jamie Tarses and studio Sony Pictures Television.

Production for ‘Duty‘ will start filming on the first week of June. Marinella Hume Casting is currently looking for men and women ages 18 to 20 years old . In addition, casting directors are looking for a “frisky young couple” ages 22 to 28. Actors should be fit and attractive. The scene will feature the couple making out.

Casting directors posted a notice that the show features adult humor and talents should not submit if they are uncomfortable with it.

If selected for the shoot, the rate is $500 for an up to 10 hr shoot day + $2,000 for usage. Hours for teens will vary, depending on age.

‘Jane Got a Gun’ starring Natalie Portman posted a casting call for extras in New Mexico.

Robert Baxter Casting is currently looking for extras for a scene filming on June 10th, 11th and 12th in New Mexico.

According to ScreenRant, the Oscar-winning actress of ‘Black Swan‘ is set to produce and star in the upcoming feature film ‘Jane Got a Gun‘, a new Western from Lynne Ramsay.

Lynne Ramsay was the critically acclaimed indie director of ‘We Need to Talk About Kevin‘. ‘Jane Got a Gun‘ will be written by Brian Duffield, whose script appeared on Hollywood’s survey of the best unproduced screenplays.

‘Jane Got a Gun‘ centers on the story of a woman who calls on an ex-lover to help defend her farm and protect her wounded husband, whose gang of outlaws is out to kill him.

Natalie Portman starred in the psychological thriller Black Swan directed by critically acclaimed director, Darren Aronofsky.Her performance received critical praise and earned her a second Golden Globe Award, the Screen Actors Guild Award, the BAFTA Award, the Broadcast Film Critics Association Award and the Academy Award for Best Actress in 2011.

“The Intern” Starring Anne Hathaway and Robert De Niro Open Casting Call

Warner Bros. “The Intern” starring Anne Hathaway and Robert De Niro posted an open casting call in New York City.

“The Intern” is directed by Nancy Meyers and the story would center on Anne Hathaway starring as the founder of a successful company who, as part of a new program, takes in a senior citizen (De Niro) to be her intern.

The Warner Bros. movie is written by Nancy Meyers. She is a writer and producer, known for The Holiday (2006), Something’s Gotta Give (2003) and It’s Complicated (2009). Meyers also directed the critically acclaimed movie, “The Parent Trap”. Casting for the rest of the roles is currently underway and the movie is scheduled to begin production this year.

Billy Dowd Casting is currently seeking SAG-AFTRA union members and Non-Union for the upcoming feature film. There are two open casting calls.
