AwesomenessTV to Produce Movie With Vine Stars Nash Grier and Cameron Dallas

Nash Grier and Cameron Dallas have more than 11 million subscribers on the video social network and now AwesomenessTV CEO Brian Robbins plans to make a movie with the social media celebs, according to TheWrap.

Robbins directed hit movies such as “Varsity Blues” and “Hardball” but, this is not the first time the critically acclaimed director has went to social media to find his next production. The television and film producer produced a movie with YouTube star Fred aka Lucas Cruikshank. Robbins believes the large amount of fans will definitely turn out to see Grier and Dallas in a feature film

“Nash and Cam have really authentic voices and a strong connection with their audience, which is why we’re so excited they are going to be part of the AwesomenessTV family,” Robbins said in a statement. “Making a movie is a natural next step for them. They already have a dedicated fan base.”

Grier and Dallas have more than 11 million followers on the Vine App and an additional 3.5 million followers on Twitter and Instagram. The two actors will move their YouTube channel to AwesomnessTV’s network in the next couple of days.

With social media it is becoming easier and easier for people to get discovered and have their acting, singing or modeling dreams become a reality. So, get your camera out there and start filming!
