Compensation Details

• Session Fee: $100 per hour with a minimum of 5 hours pay for shoot days. Overtime is not expected but payable after 40 hours per week at $150 per hour.

• Usage Fee: $2500 for unlimited use of still and video in all media excluding traditional broadcast television, for assets in which the talent is identifiable. This includes, but is not limited to, online (corporate, social, paid), GIFs, print, email blasts, Dealer, Connected TV/Streaming Services, for 5 years effective on the first use date. Usage end dates only apply to assets in which talent is identifiable; shots where talent is not recognizable can be used in perpetuity. The agency has the right to use the assets for self-promotion in perpetuity.

• Travel Days: N/A – local talent only.

• Fittings (if needed on non-shoot day): $50 per hour (paid as work time if done on shoot day)
