Job Responsibilities

• Support the casting team with assigned administrative and project tasks.
• Keep casting materials and information organized.
• Manage competing priorities and help resolve problems as they arise.
• Use presentation, spreadsheet, database, and casting tools to support the team’s workflow.

Requirements

• Be based in Los Angeles or New York.
• Have previous experience in casting or production.
• Demonstrate strong organization, problem-solving skills, and a dependable work ethic.
• Be comfortable managing multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Be proficient in Google Slides, Keynote, Excel, Airtable, and Casting Networks.
