A live high school sports production is seeking an energetic Runner to support the broadcast crew at Basha High School in Chandler, Arizona. The Runner will help production staff stay organized by handling local errands, coordinating materials, assisting broadcast personnel, and responding to on-site requests. This opportunity is well suited for someone who is dependable, resourceful, and comfortable moving between different assignments in a fast-paced sports broadcasting environment. A possible setup day may take place before game day.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide on-site assistance to the sports broadcast production and operations teams.
• Complete errands and deliver production supplies, equipment, or information as requested.
• Assist with logistics for announcers and other members of the broadcast crew.
• Help ensure production materials reach the correct personnel and locations.
• Respond efficiently to time-sensitive requests throughout the production.
• Support setup and general production activities as assigned.
• Maintain professional communication with crew members during the event.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Previous experience as a Runner, Production Assistant, or live event crew member is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and familiarity with the Chandler area are preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to follow directions and adjust quickly when production needs change.
• Professional and proactive attitude in a fast-paced sports production environment.
• Basic familiarity with live broadcast operations is a plus.
