Job Description
An Academy Sports + Outdoors social media campaign is now casting male golfers for principal roles in Austin, Texas. This paid commercial opportunity is seeking confident men with real golf experience or a strong, natural golf swing.

Production is looking for men ages 25–50 of all ethnicities who can authentically portray skilled golfers on camera. This is a principal role in a non-union campaign and offers strong compensation for selected talent.

Filming will take place in Austin, TX and surrounding areas. Talent must work as local hires.

Job Responsibilities

• Portray a golfer in a principal commercial role

• Demonstrate an authentic and confident golf swing

• Follow direction from the commercial production team

• Attend fitting if required

• Be available for 1–2 shoot days within the scheduled production window

Requirements

• Male, ages 25–50

• All ethnicities encouraged to apply

• Real golf experience or strong golf swing required

• Must be local to Austin, TX

• Available during scheduled shoot dates

• Professional and comfortable on camera

Compensation

• $500 per day

• $50 per hour for fitting (if applicable)

A commercial production is casting talented, left-handed male golfers for an upcoming shoot. The project is seeking experienced, semiprofessional, or advanced players who can demonstrate real golf skill on camera. This opportunity is open to male athletes of any ethnicity who are confident in their playing ability and ready to perform under direction.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform authentic golf swings and techniques on camera

• Follow creative direction for movement and pacing during shoot

• Represent the skill and precision of a competitive golfer

• Be camera-ready and present a professional athletic presence

Requirements

• Male, any ethnicity

• Must be left-handed or southpaw golfer

• Must be semiprofessional or highly skilled (rating yourself 1–10 is required)

• Must be available on the scheduled shoot date

• Must submit recent photo(s), contact information, and golf ability rating

Compensation

• $448 for 8 hours of work

• Overtime may be available

• Potential for additional pay depending on shoot duration
