Job Description:
Blumhouse TV is casting non-union extras to portray 1970s-era cops and detectives for the Amazon streaming series Scarpetta. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a role that brings the 1970s law enforcement aesthetic to life.
Job Responsibilities:
- Portray law enforcement characters (cops or detectives) from the 1970s era in background scenes.
- Attend a mandatory wardrobe fitting to ensure your appearance aligns with the 1970s style.
- Take direction from the production team to deliver an authentic portrayal.
- Be prepared to work on set for up to 12+ hours if necessary.
Requirements:
- Open to individuals aged 25-60 from diverse communities (Black, Asian, Latin, Indian, Middle Eastern, etc.).
- Must have a physical appearance (including hairstyle and overall look) that fits the 1970s era.
- Local to Nashville, TN, and able to work as a local hire.
- Available to attend a wardrobe fitting prior to the workday.
Compensation:
- Rate: $100 for 8 hours ($12.50/hour, guaranteed for 8 hours).
- Overtime: Time and a half after 8 hours.
- Fittings are required prior to the shoot.

Purpose of Job: As a contract Production Assistant you will assist Production Managers in the smooth running of dialogue production from casting to delivery. The Production Assistant is our team go-getter and is not afraid of any challenge. You will be in the detail of each project you support on, ensuring that you are a representation of our business as well as ensuring that preparation for each project has been completed and any potential issues highlighted to the Production Manager.

Duties and Key Responsibilities
• Scheduling actors for auditions and recording sessions
• Building Purchase Orders for talent, directors, and other service providers
• Sending out comprehensive emails to talent and directors in preparation of auditions and sessions
• Preparing project documentation for talent and directors, including character biographies, story briefs, and scripts
• Meet & greet talent during auditions and at start of sessions
• Responsible for getting legal paperwork signed and filed properly
• Typing up directors’ notes from auditions, inputting them into Actor Database
• Assisting with script preparation and tracking, as required
• Assisting Production Managers with meet & greet of clients and aid clients throughout the day, as required
• Assisting Production Managers in keeping schedules and tracking documents up to date throughout recordings
• Assisting the Casting team with self-tapes, editing Casting clips, long-listing talent options and developing casting skills
• Preparing Non-disclosure agreements and contracts, Travel Packs for rehearsals, crowd sessions, and Performance Capture sessions Other
• Adhere to company Security, Confidentiality and Health and Safety procedures and ensure the compliance of the team
• Adhere to the company IT and HR procedures and ensure the compliance of the team
• Understand ethical behaviour and business practices, and ensure that own behaviour and the behaviour of others is consistent with these standards and aligns with the values of the organisation
Requirements
Knowledge, Experience and Skills
• Interest and/or experience in video games, especially story & character, and/or Casting experience or interest in the performance arts (theatre, TV, cinema)
• Excellent client facing and internal communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
• Attention to detail
• Both a self-starter, able to work alone as and where necessary, and a team player, able to pitch in at all levels to get the job done
• Experience in a similar role.
• Experienced knowledge and use of Microsoft Office, in particular of Microsoft Excel.

Specific Responsibilities Would Include
Centric Brands is looking for a dynamic, creative and resourceful Assistant, Production, to join its team. The Assistant, Production supports the delivery tracking process, delivery analysis reporting, po operations, full execution and follow-up of manufacturing orders to drive the on-time delivery of quality, profitable goods.
Strategy & Innovation
- Supports vendor performance based on the critical analysis of on-time delivery and transit lead time management enabling efficient and thorough customer order fulfilment.
- Assists in the creation and maintenance of data accuracy and reporting mechanisms enabling the real time analysis of xfty to inDC delivery.
Operations and Results
- Supports on-time delivery to warehouse InDC against target customer startship.
- Partners with vendor, logistics and operations to ensure vessel bookings, container utilization efficiencies, and ensure shipping documentations are uploaded into forwarder management system prior to shipment.
- Works with vendor and bookings team to ensure shipment data accuracy in InforNexus and Damco.
- WIP: Manage booking T&As.
- WIP: PPK pack qty Creation in IBT.
- POE: assists with the Management and tracking port of entry shipments ensuring container loading plans are available to the Direct Ship cross-functional partners and Damco portals.
- Factory invoice consolidation and coordination non-compliance/claims chargebacks with vendors.
- Assists in the Management and Maintenance of SAP PO data.
- Container volume analysis and action plan to ensure full utilization avoiding container light loads.
Customers & Relationships
- Partners with cross-functional teams in Operations, Production, Logistics, Sales, and with our factories to ensure on time flow of goods relative to orders and anticipated demand criteria.
- Works with Operations to manage accuracy of customer startship dates.
- Ensures accuracy of communication to Operations team of any risk to on time delivery based on changes to po xfty, vessel transit time delays and warehouse location variances.
- Reports weekly and Monthly to Operations and Sales on delivery tracking analysis updates.
- Performs special projects as assigned.

Salary Range: $50,000 – $58,000
