Job Description
Gaylord Hotels is now casting singers, actors, and performers for the 2025–2026 holiday season at multiple resort locations including Gaylord Palms and Mrs. Claus’ Christmas Traditions. Performances begin as early as October and run through January 7, 2026, covering Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s celebrations.
This is a paid, seasonal opportunity ideal for those with strong stage presence, vocal range, or unique improv and atmospheric performance skills.
Job Responsibilities

Perform in live shows, musical acts, or immersive experiences depending on role

Follow scripts, choreography, and/or musical direction

Bring characters to life with authenticity, charisma, and professionalism

Be available for rehearsals, tech runs, and a full holiday season schedule

Perform multiple shows per day during peak season
Casting Needs by Role
Mrs. Claus’ Christmas Traditions:
-
Mrs. Claus: Actor/Singer. Warm, witty, and welcoming with a classic holiday feel.

Snowflake: Strong singer/character actor. High-energy with a bright stage presence.
The Greatest Story (Show):
-
Vocalists: Strong singers with theatrical storytelling ability and vocal control (up to C6).

Storyteller 1–6: Range includes soaring soprano, grounded baritone, powerful tenors, and commanding bass/baritones.

Fezziwig: Character actor/singer with comedic energy and ability to emcee/lead caroling segments.
Atmosphere/Improv Roles:

Naughty or Nice Escape Room Cast

Jack/Frost: Youthful escape room host.

Cirque (Gaylord National Only): Physical comedy, clowning, character acting.

Temptation: Non-verbal clown role—strong physical performance and emotion through movement.

The project aims to celebrate faith-based lifestyles and explore the beauty of tradition, generational wisdom, and family dynamics in a heartfelt, respectful way. Families chosen will be featured in an inspiring series created by an Emmy-winning team.

Compensation
- $10,000 per selected family
