Casting Call: Child Stand-In for Independent Mystery Film

Job Description: We are seeking a child stand-in for an independent mystery film being shot in St. Petersburg, FL. This role is open to male or female children, ages 3-5, who are persons of color with dark hair and no taller than 43 inches. The child will be standing in for the main actor in various scenes to assist with lighting, camera setups, and blocking.

Job Responsibilities:

• Stand in for the lead child actor during camera and lighting setups.
• Follow directions from the director and production team to ensure scene accuracy.
• Maintain focus and patience during downtime on set.

Requirements:

• Child aged 3-5, no taller than 43 inches.
• Person of color with dark hair.
• Must meet child labor law work requirements (production will comply with all necessary guidelines).
• Parent or guardian must be present on set.

Compensation:

• Rate: $150.00 per day.
