Casting Call for Stand-In Role in Feature Film (Burbank, CA)

Job Description: An exciting opportunity is available for a Black male to work as a stand-in for an upcoming feature film. The production team is seeking someone who closely matches specific physical characteristics to stand in for one of the main actors during filming.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as a stand-in for a principal actor in a feature film, assisting with blocking, lighting, and camera setup.
• Work closely with the production crew to ensure accurate placements and movements for the actor you are standing in for.
• Maintain professionalism on set and adhere to the instructions provided by the director and other crew members.
• Be available for full-day shoots as needed.

Requirements:

• Gender: Male
• Ethnicity: Black
• Age: 18 and older
• Must be available to work in Burbank, CA
• Previous stand-in experience is a plus but not required
• Must be a member of SAG-AFTRA (Screen Actors Guild) or TAFT-Hartley eligible.

Compensation:

• Rate: $253 for an 8-hour workday (SAG/TAFT-Hartley Background Actor rate)
• No additional compensation for travel or accommodations
