Director will come by himself and merely film people watching one of their favorite movies, from a single static angle, creating an observational tableaux exploring the minutia of behavior that occurs when one allows themselves to relax and enjoy another person's artistic creation.

Documentary Re-Enactment Actress (Late 30s–Early 40s)

Job Description
A documentary production is urgently seeking an actress to portray a real person in re-enactment scenes. This is a non-union, paid role for talent who can match a specific look and bring authenticity to scripted moments. While the role involves speaking lines on set, the final project will use the real subject’s voice, so your recorded audio will not be used.

Job Responsibilities

  • Portray a real-life subject in documentary re-enactment scenes

  • Perform scripted lines for on-camera realism (audio will not be used in final edit)

  • Follow direction from the director and re-enactment team

  • Maintain continuity and match the requested look throughout filming

Requirements

  • Female, late 30s to early 40s

  • Caucasian

  • Dark hair

  • Plus-sized

  • Must closely resemble the subject’s physicality from the provided reference image

  • Must be able to work as a local hire in Montreal

Compensation

  • $500 (half-day shoot)
