A major insurance commercial is casting advanced to professional figure skaters and experienced ice hockey players for a high-energy shoot in New York City. This paid opportunity is open to SAG-AFTRA and non-union talent who can perform confidently on ice, take direction quickly, and deliver authentic athletic action on camera. Some roles may include stunt-style falls and dynamic skating sequences.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced figure skating or ice hockey action on camera

  • Follow direction from the director and stunt/sports coordinators

  • Execute multiple takes with consistent speed, form, and timing

  • Hockey players may perform controlled falls or on-ice action as scripted

  • Attend a fitting and be available for callbacks as needed

  • Figure Skaters: all genders and ethnicities; must have advanced figure skating experience

  • Ice Hockey Players: experienced players; must have advanced hockey skills

  • Comfortable skating at a professional level in a filmed environment

  • Must be available for scheduled shoot days, fitting, and callback

Compensation

  • SAG-AFTRA session: $822.30 per session

  • Additional residuals possible if featured in the final cut as an on-camera principal
