Job Responsibilities

• Retouch and color-grade photos for polished, agency-ready results

• Deliver final images to talent and stakeholders within agreed timelines

• Maintain clear communication with production teams to ensure smooth shoot days

Requirements

• Based in Belgium with reliable access to local studios or on-location setups

• Proven portfolio demonstrating fashion or model test shoot experience

• Proficiency with professional camera gear, studio lighting, and editing software

• Solid understanding of composition, color theory, and current fashion trends

• Excellent interpersonal skills for guiding new models and collaborating with creatives

• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines
