Event Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team for an Exclusive NFL Draft Party, where attendees will celebrate the next generation of football talent in style. This high-profile event promises an exciting atmosphere, and we are looking for Bartenders, Servers, and Promo Models to ensure that guests have an unforgettable experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Bartenders:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies as needed.
- Verify guests’ ages to ensure legal drinking requirements are met.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines when handling and serving drinks.
Servers:
- Greet guests upon arrival and guide them to their assigned seating areas.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver orders to tables promptly and in the correct order, ensuring the highest level of service.
- Attend to guests’ needs throughout the event, including refilling drinks, clearing empty plates, and addressing any special requests.
- Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a smooth flow of service.
Promo Models:
- Engage with event attendees in a positive and energetic manner, promoting a lively atmosphere.
- Showcase enthusiasm for the event and encourage participation in various activities and promotions.
- Distribute promotional items and provide event information to guests.
- Pose for photos and engage in social media activations to enhance the event’s visibility.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to dress code requirements.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Previous experience in bartending, serving, or promotional modeling is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced event environment.
- Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude.
Compensation:
- Compensation will be commensurate with the selected role and experience.
