Konnect Agency is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to help manage Influencer accounts across the agency. The individual in this position will help lead the strategy and execution of paid and seeded programming for the agency’s growing client roster. The ideal candidate will have experience researching brand-right influencer targets, manage influencer outreach programs, and creating engaging and effective partnerships with content creators. Must have a deep interest in social media trends and understand how they effectively impact business objectives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Be an influential lead contact with clients and within the wider division/agency
  • Be able to create smart influencer programming and strategies based on client goals
  • Elevate and enhance client directives based on current industry best practices and trending tactics/tools
  • Be able to manage timelines and create work-back plans to ensure creator research, negotiations/contracts, and programming are delivered on time
  • Identify and manage influencer relationships to optimize campaign goals and budgets, securing and negotiating both paid and earned opportunities for clients
  • Steward communication between the team, Clients and influencers, including best practices for negotiating partnerships, ensuring the agreement meets the creative requirements and measurable goals of the campaign and ensuring prompt and effective delivery
  • Use data and knowledge of how influencers impact brands to craft appropriate targeting and programming against program timelines
  • Develop and maintain a network of influencer and management friendlies for overall agency client benefit
  • Provide programming support with timely ideas and research in response to active programming and proposals involving influencers
  • Mentor, develop and coach junior team members on achieving goals while demonstrating the desired skills and expected work ethic

 

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Influencer experience along with 1-2 years of team member managing experience; where you were directly in charge of at least two colleagues.
  • Must be a motivated and outgoing self-starter who can be a leading and influential presence with clients and help to grow their junior colleagues
  • Deep understanding of all social media platforms and how influencer programming is executed within the realms of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube
  • Up-to-date on social media trends and developments in influencer marketing
  • Exceptional communication skills: both verbal and written
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills coupled with the ability to act independently across competing priorities
  • Experience working within the CPG lifestyle, franchise, food & beverage space a plus

Job Description
A new production is assembling a skilled and reliable film crew across multiple cities for upcoming shoots. Roles are open for Production Assistants, Camera Operators with drone experience, and Audio Technicians. This is a great opportunity to join a professional team and contribute to a dynamic, creative set environment. Applicants must indicate the city they’re applying for: Cape Coral (FL), St. Augustine (FL), Orange Beach (AL), or Astoria (OR).

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the production team to execute shoot-day operations

  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of gear, locations, and production zones

  • Operate cameras or drones to capture high-quality footage (Cam Ops)

  • Record clean, crisp audio on set using professional equipment (Audio Techs)

  • Maintain a professional, on-time presence throughout production days

Requirements

  • Previous on-set experience in your applied role

  • Ability to travel to one of the listed production cities

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude

  • For Cam Ops: drone experience and access to drone kit

  • For Audio Techs: own audio kit

Compensation

  • Production Assistant: $220/12

  • Camera Operator/Drone: $650/12 + $150 drone kit fee

  • Audio Technician: $650/12 + $300 kit fee
