Job Responsibilities

  • Provide HR support and assist with onboarding staff and talent

  • Manage diaries, schedules, and appointments for the Director

  • Maintain and update internal databases

  • Issue contracts and handle confidential documents

  • Coordinate communication between clients and departments

  • Assist with general office operations and management

  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a support or team lead role

  • HR experience or training preferred

  • Sales, marketing, or social media marketing background is a plus

  • Proficient in Excel, Google Drive, Canva, and Adobe Sign

  • Able to quickly adapt to new systems

  • Must be proactive, flexible, and highly professional

  • Strong communication and multitasking skills

Compensation

  • Salary range: £28,000 to £35,000 annually, based on experience
