Job Description: We are seeking a body double for basketball player Kamilla Cardoso for an upcoming ESPN & State Farm commercial. The ideal candidate will portray Kamilla in various scenes requiring physical similarity and will work closely with the production team to ensure continuity and accuracy in all shots.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work on set as the body double for Kamilla Cardoso.
- Collaborate with the director and crew to execute scenes accurately.
- Maintain consistent positioning, movement, and posture as per the requirements of the production.
- Be available for wardrobe fittings and any necessary rehearsals.
- Follow the directions of the film crew promptly and with precision.
Requirements:
- Gender: Female
- Minimum Height: 6’7″
- Body build of a basketball player, athletic and fit.
- Be within the weight range of 200lbs; flexibility on the weight requirement is limited and subject to production’s discretion.
- Must resemble Kamilla Cardoso, particularly in body shape and size. The face will not be shown.
- Talent must be local or able to work in Chicago, IL as no travel or accommodation compensation is provided.
- Must be available for the shoot dates on 4/28/2024.
- Previous body double experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation:
- This is a paid position. The rate will be commensurate with experience and in line with industry standards for body double work.
