Utility III – Broadcast Support Crew (Washington, DC)
Join a high-energy production team as a Utility III for a major live sports broadcast. This behind-the-scenes opportunity places you at the center of technical operations, supporting set-up, execution, and breakdown of remote TV broadcasts. You’ll work with production gear including cables, batteries, and camera equipment while supporting lighting and scenic teams. Expect to climb ladders, manage heavy equipment, and work in dynamic on-site environments.
Job Responsibilities

Unload and load heavy broadcast gear from trucks

Assist with layout and management of broadcast cabling

Coil and pull cable for camera operators

Carry and distribute camera batteries

Support scenic and lighting crews as needed

Work safely on scaffolding and rooftops
Requirements

Must live within 100 miles of the event site

Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Must have experience on at least 10 regional-level remote productions
