Job Description
An ensemble-driven outdoor production of Death of a Salesman is casting for multiple supporting roles, including Howard, Stanley, and Jenny. These characters offer dynamic opportunities for performers looking to take on versatile parts. Selected actors may be cast in more than one role, contributing to a flexible and creatively fluid performance environment.
Job Responsibilities
• Perform one or more ensemble roles, including Howard (Willy’s boss), Stanley (waiter), and Jenny (secretary)
• Adapt to multiple characters with quick transitions and strong distinctions
• Support the ensemble with character work, scene changes, and narrative flow
• Participate in rehearsals, tech week, and live outdoor performances
Requirements
• Ability to play multiple roles with clarity and energy
• Experience in character acting or ensemble theatre
• Comfortable performing outdoors in variable weather conditions
• Available for rehearsals on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (starting early July)
• Must attend tech week (August 5–11) and performances (August 12–14 evenings)
Compensation
• Profit-share model (honorarium provided)

- Must prepare a 1–2 minute dramatic monologue for auditions
- Previous acting experience is preferred but not required
