Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily editorial production, including content pitches, writing, and publishing
- Oversee a team of writers, editors, and social media executives to ensure timely content delivery
- Ensure content meets audience growth targets and engagement goals
- Maintain homepage content strategy and optimize priority stories for traffic
- Secure and manage exclusive editorial coverage across fashion, music, and culture verticals
- Collaborate with the Digital Director on new content franchises, including newsletters, short-form videos, and podcasts
- Lead content strategy for global fashion week coverage and expand audience reach
Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in an editorial management role
- Proven expertise in digital content production and social media strategy
- Strong editorial judgment and ability to lead a creative team
- Experience working with luxury and youth audiences is a plus
- Must be based in London
