Job Description:
Now accepting applications for multiple crew positions on an upcoming low-budget narrative feature film shooting in Los Angeles, CA this December. This project is perfect for professionals who are passionate about storytelling, thrive in collaborative environments, and love hands-on filmmaking.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the production team to deliver high-quality work within schedule

  • Maintain professionalism and communication throughout all shoot days

  • Execute assigned technical and creative duties to support the director’s vision

Positions Available:

  • Gaffer – Must also be able to grip

  • Script Supervisor – Responsible for continuity and script notes

  • Sound Mixer – Must provide digital slate (production provides audio equipment)

  • Boom Operator – Must provide digital slate (production provides audio equipment)

  • Wardrobe Stylist – Wardrobe prep only, no shopping required

  • Grip Truck Driver – One move per day

  • Makeup/Hair Artist – Single artist covering both makeup and hair

Requirements:

  • Must have relevant production experience in the position applied for

  • Reliable and professional work ethic with a collaborative attitude

  • Must be local to Los Angeles, CA or able to work as a local hire

Compensation:

  • Paid opportunity: California minimum wage (~$200/day for 10-hour days) plus overtime

A comedy production titled No Commando is seeking actors and production crew members for a non-paid project. The production is casting multiple lead, supporting, and background roles for a comedic story centered around relationships, law enforcement, and over-the-top situations.

The team is also looking for crew members interested in gaining experience on an independent production set. Serious inquiries only.
