We’re looking for personable and outgoing individuals in Louisville and Lawrenceburg, KY to assist with casting real people for an on-the-street video project. This short-term gig requires no prior experience—just confidence talking to strangers, the ability to film short clips with your phone, and a knack for keeping organized records. It’s a great opportunity to get involved with grassroots casting in a dynamic, real-world setting.

Job Responsibilities

• Approach and engage individuals in public spaces

• Record short videos using your smartphone

• Upload or transfer footage to the casting team

• Collect and document names, contacts, and basic info of potential talent

Requirements

• Must be local to Louisville or Lawrenceburg, KY

• Comfortable initiating conversations and filming in public

• Reliable, communicative, and organized with record-keeping

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Compensation

• $20.00 per hour

• Estimated 5–6 hours of work per day

• Lunch reimbursements provided (within limits)

• Option to discuss mileage or gas reimbursement
