Job Description
A documentary-style social video series is seeking everyday women (not professional actors) to share real, personal stories on camera. This project is designed to spotlight authentic experiences around wellness, lifestyle, and mental wellbeing. Selected participants will be asked to speak naturally—no scripts, no acting—just honest storytelling that feels true to you.
Job Responsibilities

Share a real, personal experience on camera in a documentary-style format

Record and/or submit a short video about your story as part of the casting process

Participate in a wellness-focused shoot and follow producer direction during filming

Use a wearable wellness device for a short period before filming, if selected
Requirements

Female, ages 25+

Based in London or able to work locally in/near London

Comfortable on camera and speaking openly about personal experiences

Must have a genuine story related to one of the featured themes, such as:

Living with an irregular sleep pattern (shift work or demanding lifestyle) and why sleep matters

Prioritizing movement for mental wellbeing while balancing daily life
