Real London Casting was founded in 2005 by Kate Wilson. With an extensive background in casting for large production houses, like Wolff Olins and Getty Images, she saw a rapid increase in the client’s demand for real people. She would send models to clients and, increasingly, be told “they’re too model-y!”
Inspired by the industry changing, she came up with the concept of Real London Casting, a new kind of modelling agency. Her agency was unique in casting REAL people from London’s vibrant streets for commercial campaigns.

Casting Call: Real Nurses (Ages 30-55)
Job Description: We are casting real, experienced nurses for an upcoming project that requires authenticity in portraying healthcare professionals. This opportunity is open to nurses of any gender, between the ages of 30 and 55. In addition, we are specifically seeking Hispanic nurses from any nursing field. This is a fantastic chance to showcase your real-life expertise on screen.
Job Responsibilities:
- Portray a nurse in a professional and authentic manner, utilizing your real-life experience.
- Follow direction from the production team to deliver accurate and natural performances.
- Engage in various on-screen activities that replicate your daily nursing duties.
- Represent the nursing profession with integrity and professionalism throughout the shoot.
Requirements:
- Real nurses (any gender) aged 30-55.
- Hispanic nurses from any field are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Must be comfortable performing in front of the camera.
- Previous on-camera experience is not required, but applicants must be able to follow direction and showcase their skills naturally.
- Must be willing to provide proof of nursing credentials or experience, if requested.
