Job Responsibilities:

  • Adults: Play the role of parents or other adults attending the birthday party. Interact naturally with the child actors and contribute to the realistic portrayal of the scene.
  • All participants: Be available and on set for the entire duration of the scene. Follow all instructions from the director and production team to ensure a smooth filming process.

Requirements:

  • Boys:
    • Aged 6-8 years old.
    • Approximately 4 ft 1 inch in height.
    • Must be comfortable on camera and able to follow directions.
    • May need to leave school early, so availability in the early afternoon is required.
  • Adults:
    • Open to both male and female actors willing to play the role of parents or other party guests.
    • Must be comfortable interacting with child actors and maintaining a professional demeanor on set.
    • Parents of child actors are encouraged to apply together with their children.

Compensation Details:

  • Extras will be paid $14 per hour.
  • Participants need to be available for the full duration of the scene, with filming expected to start around 1 pm.

  • Maintain clear communication with the operations team to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Check in and out daily with the operations team to track task completion.

Requirements:

  • Must live within 100 miles of the event site to be considered.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • A minimum of 8 shows worked as a regional-level runner in live remote productions is required.
  • Must have reliable communication tools (cellphone, text, and email).
  • Must possess a positive, proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the area and venue is highly desirable.
  • Ability to lead other runners during the event.

This role involves handling broadcast equipment, managing cabling, and supporting camera operators. The position may also require assisting with scenic and lighting departments, as well as working on scaffolding and rooftops.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the setup, execution, and teardown of remote TV broadcast operations.
  • Unload and load medium to heavy cases of broadcast equipment from trucks.
  • Layout, pick up, and manage broadcast cabling, ensuring proper coiling and storage.
  • Support camera operators by managing cables, carrying camera batteries, and providing additional technical support as needed.
  • Assist with scenic and lighting departments, including climbing ladders and working overhead on scaffolding and rooftops.
  • Ensure all tasks are performed with a strong focus on safety and operational efficiency.

Requirements:
