Job Description
The purpose of this role is to generate ideas, executions and considers all look-and-feel in solving creative briefs. They are knowledgeable of integrated creative and experience solutions. They can work independently or part of a creative team.
- Publishing workback schedules, partnering with creative management to ensure all deliverables launch on time.
- Publishing briefs and distribution of assets.
- Coordination of production partners and back-end production responsibilities to launch seasonal work.
- Managing regional partner communication/production issues including managing alignment of agreed partners.
- Production for special projects.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience leading creative teams through the design process at a digital product company, digital agency or tech start-up
- A bachelor’s degree or any combination of education, training and experience in marketing, organizational communications, advertising or a related field
- Passion for the world of sport, and for creating high-quality work
- Ability to identify the nuances of a request and bring transparency to unspoken problems so the team can solve them
- A strong understanding of product design and execution process
- Ability to quickly identify what’s working and what’s not – adjusting your approach accordingly
- Versatility – can balance multiple priorities, discern what’s important and help the team prioritize
- Can start quickly and keep things moving – resourcing projects for success
- A fascination with innovation and technology and a solid understanding of digital tools and trends
- Ability to accurately estimate, prioritize and manage the team’s time – guiding and influencing them as they meet milestones
- Deep experience with the latest project management tools like Asana as well as collaboration tools like Box, Google Suite, Figma and Keynote
- Deep experience in the agile methodology of project management and the ability to run a sprint
