Requirements
- 2+ years of digital production design experience including email
- Ability to proactively prioritize, manage and complete multiple projects within time constraints and with strong attention to detail
- You are passionate about your job and enjoy a fast-paced working environment
- You love to challenge the status quo, can quickly adapt to change, and have the ability to prioritize your work
- Flexible to accommodate all team members across different time zones
- Know a thing or two about print and also embrace creating digital assets
- Appreciate and are well versed with design systems, layout principles, typography, and color theory
- Collaborate well with a geographically dispersed team, and are able to work on your own, set and meet deadlines, and juggle multiple projects
Qualifications
- Have expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and XD and understanding of how to use a design system to version out creative
- Have an understanding of development for emails in order to prep files for release
- Use of tools such as Invision, Proof HQ, Basecamp and Slack is a plus
- You know how to keep your files and folders extremely organized
- Experience working with and creating simple gifs is a huge plus
- Exceptional attention to detail, problem solving, and coping with rapid change is required
- Local and West Coast US candidates strongly preferred
