  • CASTING INDIVIDUALS WITH A VISIBLE DISABILITY, AGE 24+, IN THE GREATER TORONTO AREA FOR A FUN COMMERCIAL!

PLEASE NOTE:

  • This is a NON-UNION project. No acting experience is required. However, you should be outgoing and comfortable being filmed and interviewed.
  • You must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
  • You must be able to film in Toronto.
  • If shortlisted, you MUST be available for a brief online interview with the director on July 7th, 10th or 11th (TBC)
  • If you are selected, you must be available for a wardrobe appointment on July 19th or 20th (TBC). You will only be required to briefly (about 2 hours).
  • If selected, you MUST be available for filming between July 21-24th (TBC). You will only be required for one day of filming.
  • If booked, you will each receive $75 for a wardrobe appointment and $500 for one day of filming. If your footage is in the final commercial, you will receive an additional $5,325- $7,825 for its use.

  • Deliver natural, grounded performances suitable for a pharmaceutical-related commercial

  • Be comfortable traveling from Vancouver to Mexico City for the production

  • Maintain professionalism and punctuality throughout the project

Requirements

  • Real pregnant woman in her 3rd trimester (no more than 35 weeks at time of filming)

  • Based in Vancouver, BC

  • Valid passport with at least 6 months remaining for international travel

  • Available for in-person callbacks in Vancouver

  • Available to travel to Mexico City for wardrobe, travel days, and a multi-day shoot

  • Comfortable working on a non-union commercial

  • Agree to pharmaceutical exclusivity for the duration of the usage/buyout period

  • If you have an agent, submissions must be made through your representative

Compensation

  • $600 per shoot day

  • $12,000 one-year buyout if you appear in the final edit

  • 2 kids will appear in motion and print; 3 will appear in print-only

  • Buyout is campaign-based and dependent on final cut
