Job Description

A non-union commercial filming in the Toronto and Mississauga area is casting male and female hockey players who can skate confidently and handle a puck while moving. The production is seeking talent ages 17–40 with practical hockey skills, including controlled starts, stops, skating, and puck handling. Team or league experience should be included when applying.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform hockey actions naturally for a commercial production.
• Skate confidently while handling a puck.
• Perform starts, stops, and other hockey movements as directed.
• Bring and use personal hockey equipment for filming.
• Follow direction from the production team throughout the shoot.

Requirements

• Male and female talent ages 17–40.
• Must be able to play hockey and skate well.
• Confident with starts, stops, and puck handling while moving.
• Must own a hockey stick and full hockey gear, including skates, helmet with cage/shield, gloves, and pads.
• Non-union talent.

Compensation

• $350 per day.
• Approximately 10 hours of work plus a one-hour lunch.
• Overtime paid if applicable.
• 15% agency commission applies to booked work.
