Our client, a multicultural marketing agency, is looking to bring on a full-time Jr. Art Director!

Type: Salaried/Full-Time

Location: Chicago (Hybrid, 3 days on-site)

Salary Range: $65-70K

Responsibilities:

  • Edit video content using Premiere Pro, including cutting footage, adding transitions, and ensuring a seamless flow of visuals and audio.
  • Create dynamic motion graphics and visual effects using After Effects to enhance the quality and impact of video content.
  • Provide creative direction and conceptualize ideas for video projects that align with the client’s brand guidelines and communication objectives.
  • Collaborate with videographers, writers, and social media managers to develop cohesive video content tailored to various social media platforms.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in video editing and motion graphics to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of video production, including color correction, audio mixing, and formatting for different platforms.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines consistently while adhering to project budgets.

Compensation Details:

  • Ultra-low-budget rates in accordance with ULB guidelines. Specific rates will be provided upon offer.
