What are we looking for in a Junior Art Director?

We are looking for a great designer, as well as a great conceptor, collaborator, and teammate. They should have a passion for taking on new challenges and be ready to grow and learn every day. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and process and at their core be a problem-solver. Candidates should exhibit a desire to learn and focus on shopper/ buyer engagement and what it means to create experiences that motivate purchase.
