The Associate Digital Producer serves as the primary liaison between Lauchlan’s internal teams and external vendors for digital projects. Working as a communications hub between all agency team members as well as agency partners who may touch an assigned account/project.
The Associate Digital Producer owns and manages digital campaigns with 1-2 tactics. You are fully responsible for the launch, monitoring of success, reporting, budget tracking, and completion of each digital tactic. You will be the one point of contact for the account team on these tactics while also communicating and coordinating with vendors and other team members. As a valuable member of the team, you will also assist other team members on more complex campaigns. You will stay up to date on digital trends and continue to expand your knowledge across the digital space.
Responsibilities:
·   Proactive communication with vendors and team members on status of digital activities
·   Clear and concise requirements sent to vendors
·   Track and monitor budgets to meet goals
·   Review performance of campaigns on a regular basis and make recommendations for changes as needed
·   Escalate any issues and roadblocks immediately
·   Create reporting for digital activities
·   Detail orientated to monitor leads vs target audience
·   Offer suggestions on process improvements
