A regional destination marketing campaign is seeking a non-union male voice-over artist with a deeper, natural voice. The ideal voice talent can deliver playful and quirky commercial reads while keeping the performance authentic and grounded. Recording can take place in Halifax or from the performer’s professional remote studio.
Job Responsibilities
- Record professional voice-over content for a regional marketing campaign.
- Deliver playful, quirky, and natural commercial reads.
- Follow creative direction and adjust delivery when requested.
- Maintain an authentic performance without sounding cheesy or overly theatrical.
- Provide broadcast-quality recordings when working remotely.
Requirements
- Male voice-over talent.
- Ages 30–65.
- All ethnicities are welcome and diversity is encouraged.
- Deeper male vocal quality.
- Strong ability to deliver natural, playful, and quirky reads.
- Access to a professional remote recording studio if not recording in Halifax.
Compensation
- $500.
- Rate covers one 30-second TV spot, one 15-second online video, and one 30-second digital audio spot.
- Includes one-year regional media usage for TV, online, radio, and digital audio.
