QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years professional production experience with developing content across disciplines (design, animation, video, digital media, etc.) with a heavy emphasis on Post-Production Video & Digital Content
  • Social media content production experience
  • Ability to juggle and complete competing projects and deadlines.
  • Your schedule is flexible, and you are willing to put in extra hours when necessary to ensure deadlines are hit.
  • Are a rock star at managing and prioritizing long-term accounts.
  • Quick turn project management is a strong attribute
  • Workflow experience from the camera to delivery.
  • Vast understanding of all technical details pertaining to syncing audio, frame rates, etc.
  • Knowledge and work experience with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of apps – Premiere, Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop.

ROLE

  • Manage project workflow from kick-off to final delivery meeting deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Collaborate with our clients to understand their needs and then guide our creative team to produce work that aligns with our client’s goals
  • Keep track of hours and expenses for projects you produce and be ready to report on status to client or management at any time.
  • Engage and negotiate with talent, crew, vendors, and freelancers as needed.
  • Issue and collect any legal forms (releases, insurance certs, etc.), depending on each project’s needs.
  • Manage expectations and communications with all internal and external teams.
