This position is based in Chicago and will include both remote and in-office work.
Summary
The Associate Producer will execute and facilitate client strategies, projects and logistics while
managing vendor relationships and budgets with integrity. The Associate Producer will serve as
an ambassador of the EA Collective brand and core values. The Associate Producer will take the
execution lead on assigned projects.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Client Services, Creative Service, Administrative and Marketing Directors to set goals and ensure that event strategies and processes are aligned.
- Build trusted, “Go-to” partnerships with vendors, event staff and internal departments.
- Manage all live, hybrid and virtual event logistics conception to completion.
- Manage budgets with integrity and transparency at all times.
- Be able to think fast on your feet to resolve issues that arise in an ever changing fast paced environment.
- Maintain and expand supplier relationships and negotiate contracts, pricing and
- services.
- Demonstrate interpersonal skills, especially in situations involving leadership, decision-making and team building.
- Inventive, dynamic, confident problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate communication with speakers/talent for scheduling technical checks and/or pre-recorded content.
- Support the creation of both internal and client facing project decks, as required.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in the field experience in Event industry.
- Experience/knowledge in backend management of various meeting platforms including but not limited to Zoom host, Google Hangouts, Teams, Webex, etc.
- Experience managing various video streaming platforms and players, including but not limited to YouTube, Vimeo, etc.
- Experience a plus in various virtual event platforms including but not limited to Hopin, ON24, Swoogo, Swapcard, Kaltura, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of virtual event platforms a plus.
- Experience interfacing with clients and vendors.
- Proficient using latest versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and mail merges.
- Client-centric mentality.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a team environment.
