Marketing Manager

We are seeking a collaborative and ambitious Marketing Manager to work alongside the Marketing Director to help lead firmwide marketing strategy and implementation. You will lead the marketing team, work closely with firm leadership, firm staff, consultants, and clients to help achieve our firm’s goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of local markets, a strong network of contacts, should be both big-picture and detail-oriented, highly organized, and have excellent communication skills.

In this role you will

  • Develop annual marketing report including past-year results and next-year strategy, budget, and major activities
  • Manage firmwide marketing communications including messaging and graphics
  • Lead implementation of new brand across the office including new templates and applications
  • Manage ongoing maintenance of website, including ongoing content development for website and social media outlets, building up the marketing collateral, etc.
  • Direct project photography and post-project graphic documentation
  • Lead all external communications including social media, earned media, and surveys
  • Manage award submissions
  • Responsible for sponsorships including events and advertising activities
  • Lead project pursuits end-to-end from lead development to project on-boarding
  • Develop new business opportunities
  • Maintain and manage CRM database
  • Lead go/no go process and assist in new project staffing including creating a database of staff capabilities in partnership with the People Ops & Talent team
  • Create winning strategies for new pursuits
  • Manage proposals including marketing and technical team members
  • Manage resources and staff in the implementation of the plan
  • Lead discussion with Principals and senior staff with respect to marketing plan, project pursuits, content development, and business development
  • Mentor marketing staff and non-marketing staff
  • Monitor marketing labor and expenses and track relative to the marketing plan

Requirements

  • Minimum of six years of marketing experience in A/E/C Industry
  • Track record of building collaborative relationships with leadership teams and influencing measurable outcomes
  • Proven ability to create and enhance client relationships
  • Built credibility through persuasive internal and external communications
  • Experience in storytelling, visual communications, social media platforms
  • Proficient in research, reporting, MS Office, Adobe Creative Cloud Suites
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without any restrictions or requirement of visa sponsorship now or in the future
