LHH is actively searching for an Art Director for a permanent role in the Fort Worth, TX area. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of creative experience within and advertising agency. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative concepts and campaigns across various mediums including digital, print, and video
- Work closely with copywriters, designers, and other team members to ensure creative is executed effectively
- Manage and mentor junior members of the creative team
- Collaborate with account management and strategy teams to ensure creative aligns with client objectives and brand standards
- Present creative concepts to clients and participate in client meeting and pitches
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of design experience
- Previous advertising agency experience required
- An updated digital portfolio showing a variety of work across mediums
- Proficient in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Figma
- Bachelor’s degree in design or related field
- Located in the DFW area
