The role
Havas Production Studios (HPS), Video & Animation division, is a creative content studio embedded within HAVAS Health & You (HHY). We produce everything from complex 3D animation to intricate motion graphics to documentary-style live-action for broadcast, webcast, limited release, AR, and VR. We now have an exciting opportunity for a Video Producer well versed in the video production process. The Associate Producer, supervised by the Executive Producer, works in partnership with the HPS producers, editors, animators, and HHY’s agency creatives, writers, account managers, and other key stakeholders. The Video Producer will have a hand in every aspect of video and animation production from inception through completion. The ideal candidate will have energy in abundance, an excellent sense of portraying diverse storytelling with motion graphics, animation, and footage. You will be responsible for managing project workflows, budgets, and timelines; and coordinating resources and talent. You must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, work in a collaborative environment, and be extremely organized in delivering high-quality video content.
- 2+ years of experience as an Associate Producer or equivalent
- A strong understanding of production and post-production workflows
- Experience simultaneously managing multiple projects at an advertising agency or similar work environment
- Detail-oriented, exceptionally well organized, and outstanding communication skills
- Willingness to learn and a passion for collaboration
- Advertising agency experience is a plus
- Experience as a video or filmmaker and/or working knowledge of Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or other post-production software is a plus but not required
