You must have previous experience as a personal assistant and interfacing with high-profile clients and executives. Confidentiality and being discrete is imperative and you must stay calm under pressure. You will be working some weekends and should be flexible with your schedule.

JOB DUTIES:
- Handle personal needs and support the day-to-day business
- Run errands including grocery and clothing shopping
- Keep up with pop culture and fitness trends
- Interface with high-profile clients and executives
- Assist with organization and scheduling
- Research various topics as requested
- Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
REQUIREMENTS THAT MAKE A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
- Previous personal assisting experience
- Confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information
- Staying calm under pressure in difficult situations while providing solutions
- Flexibility with expected hours including possible nights and weekends that may be required
- Open to traveling
- A basic understanding of the entertainment industry
- You must have a working vehicle
- A tech savvy knowledge of devices including phones, computers and printers
- Knowledge of Los Angeles and how to get around
- Ability to see other points of view and collaborate
- Strong work ethic
- Interest in fashion and design trends as well as pop culture
