The right candidate:
- Will lead and direct the creative team in the production of all sales enablement assets
- Has a passion content marketing, lead gen, and the development of creatives
- Is a sorcerer with the power of the written word—basically, you know how to write sales copy—this is a working role
- Must be a clear communicator with a knack for solving communication challenges
- Has a strong portfolio of written sales assets in the financial services, software, B2B, and professional services industries
- Is comfortable in all areas from pre to post production for video and photography to ensure quality output and manage/direct vendors
- Operates well in a culture of accountability
- Draw from their holistic understanding of the creative process to identify a clear message and modern design, and takes pride in getting the job done right
- Has excellent time management skills, adhere to processes and excels in a fast-paced agency environment
- Is tech-savvy, self-motivated and a self-learner
- Is open to feedback and giving constructive feedback, and strives for continuous growth
In this role, you will:
- Oversee profitability, deliverables, processes, timelines and budgets for sales enablement production
- Meet with clients or upper management to explain strategies and solutions
- Review work, troubleshoot and provide feedback to creative team
- Gain a deep understanding of our client’s solutions and their target audience, and craft clear and persuasive message strategies, frameworks and assets that drive revenue
- Mentor, motivate and supervise creative team, providing professional development, and department growth opportunities
- Collaborate with Account team members to execute assignments and ensure overall department alignment
These are some of the requirements we’re seeking from you:
- 2+ years work experience in a creative director role or similar experience (agency experience required).
- 6+ years work experience as a Copywriter (agency experience required).
- Portfolio of published long-form and short-form sales content within B2B, and professional services industries.
- Excellent understanding of lead generation & nurturing concepts and best practices
- Experience working within time tracking and project management software
- Strong design knowledge—fonts, layouts, usability, best practices, etc.—and ability to direct to optimize the effectiveness of all materials.
