Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a seasoned team of writers, art designers, editors, and creative teams
- Establish and maintain best practices in developing and achieving exceptional work through effective communication, follow-up, and time management
- Develop impacting copy and artwork that addresses these needs accurately and profitably
- Maintain direct communication with subordinates to clearly articulate goals and KPIs’ and Quality Assurance
- Responsible for all critiquing and editing, all forms of copy and writing pieces
