The Influencer Marketing Coordinator will report into the Influencer Marketing Manager, helping
to execute the brand’s influencer and ambassador marketing programs.
The Influencer Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for scaling influencer relationships and
content to meet the Influencer department’s performance goals.
Coordinator will be passionate about fashion, pop culture, and social media, extremely organized, and equal parts creative and analytical. They will play a key role in finding relevant influencers that align with the brand’s monthly campaigns and provide influencers with the necessary information to create strong marketing content for FRAME. The coordinator will identify key performance influencers to utilize thoughtfully across digital touchpoints and create best-in-category creative customer journeys from brand introduction to acquisition and beyond.

marketing strategies. Our Influencer Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for driving
effective marketing partnerships and content strategies across new channels and formats,
including TikTok and YouTube, and ensuring we’re applying learnings from our efforts to
enhance the FRAME universe.
Responsibilities
- Create and coordinate content with social influencers for paid and unpaid influencer
- marketing programs across various channels
- Discover and Manage gifting talent relationships and establish authentic goal driven
- influencer relationships.
- Day-to-day management of influencer marketing activities
- Communicate professionally and clearly with influencer talent and infrastructure
- Support in creating content briefs and curated product selections tailored to campaigns
- and partnerships
- Develop content ideas, attend events as needed, and liaise with marketing team to
- coordinate marketing strategies across various channels
- Effectively take projects from concept to completion using project management tools
- Contact and build new relationships with influencers and agencies
- Report to Influencer Manager on influencer content data, insights, and trends
- Use social listening tools to find new opportunities for growth
- Support special marketing initiatives as needed (assist with content briefs, brainstorms,
- execution, recaps, etc.)
- Socialize insights and understandings of influencer tactics in play
- Help proactively identity new and emerging platforms / trends to engage consumers
QUALIFICATIONS
- Professional skills, experience and attributes:
- 1-2 years of experience or relevant internships across all social media platforms.
- Experience working with identifying influencers.
- Passion and sophisticated understanding of social media platforms, influencer
- ecosystems, customer data and digital behavioral event tracking to drive efficiencies in
- influencer campaign performance and approach
- Understanding of influencer distribution platforms and native commerce products:
- Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Google, Pinterest, Rakuten, and influencer
- marketing platforms (Lumanu, GRIN)
- Capacity to handle a variety of competing tasks and assignments in a dynamic,
- fast-paced work environment
- Proactive, flexible, collaborative and resourceful with strong attention to detail. Must be
- able to work both as a team member and independently, and must be flexible to adapt to
- shifting priorities
- Experience with relevant businesses is a plus
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- BA/BS degree preferred.
