What You Will Do
- Assist live ops producer and team to manage and deploy post launch content.
Who Will be a Great Fit: Nice to Haves:
- Facilitate and manage internal collaboration across discipline to ensure quality content releases.
- Connect with publisher core technology teams in support of live operations
- Manage and supervise performance of live operations.
- Assist in preparation for new title launches (capturing requirements, incident response planning)
- Assist in management of live ops outages and incidents
- Assist in facilitation of communication between internal and external stakeholders
- Assist live ops producer to drive processes that can improve post release content operations and performance and in supporting the efforts of partnered development studios in testing live ops services and processes
- 2+ years of games experience in production or a related field
- Facilitate communication across teams and disciplines.
- Familiarity with task tracking software (Jira, Hansoft, Helix ALM) and source control software (Perforce, SVN, etc.)
- Knowledge of agile development processes
- Outstanding teamwork and communication skills
- Passion for working with creative teams and talent.
- Ability to develop deep trust-based relationships and influence stakeholder groups
