Job Description
A new documentary film is seeking male background talent to participate in a professionally produced shoot in Nashville, TN. This project will feature real individuals to bring authenticity and depth to a cinematic storytelling experience.
Job Responsibilities

Participate as background talent in various scenes for a documentary production.

Follow direction from the assistant director and production team to ensure continuity and realism.

Maintain professionalism and readiness for long shoot days.

Be available for last-minute scheduling updates.
Requirements

Males, ages 18–65, all looks and types welcome (clean-shaven, conservative, or bearded).

Must be a local hire in Nashville, TN (no travel or lodging provided).

Must be able to commit to a 12+ hour day.

Flexible and available for call time updates (provided the afternoon prior).

Non-union background performers only.
Compensation
-
$200 for 8 hours ($25/hour) plus time and a half after 8 hours.

Women who feel empowered, fulfilled, misunderstood, regretful, or conflicted about the experience

Willingness to share personal story on camera
