What you’ll be doing

We’re looking for a multimedia Production Designer to join the marketing and brand team. At Group14, designers are makers and storytellers that use design to bring ideas to life. They lead project designs into uncharted creative territories without blinking, extending visual language, while always being mindful of how it looks and how it works within the context of the brand and the needs of the team.

Your job will be to creatively support and art direct, depending on need: email, website, wayfinding, social content, presentation/event decks, video, and more. At Group14, you’ll work closely with the marketing team and an Art Director to successfully go from brand/communications initiatives to launch and amplification. You’ll bring consistency to and elevate the experience by crafting beautiful designs and imagery to correspond with messaging, narratives, office, and apparel to help us communicate about our company in the most effective way possible across channels.

You know how to create design boards and identify how to extend a visual language for any given project and can utilize as well as create assets to design all sorts of digital and physical deliverables.

You effectively communicate and coordinate with other disciplines to ensure designs are on brand and in-line with company expectations.
