Live streaming events company based in London, delivering virtual, hybrid and in-person events for large companies. Their services include bespoke events, content creation, design, live streaming, experiential, filming events, photography and virtual/augmented reality. Clients including Uber, PA Consulting, Autodesk, Dow Jones – currently a team of 11 plus freelancers.
Job Description
Lead the creative vision across a variety of projects, be involved in all aspects of productions, from storyboarding to managing logistics. Report to the co-founders and closely collaborate with the Head of Production. Work with our in-house video production team to deliver high-quality video projects to clients.
Strategy
● Collaborate with co-founders and event production team to provide best in-class creative for clients
● Work on creative assignments for Live Streaming, Broadcast and Filming solutions and virtual, hybrid, and in-person events to deliver a high quality creative product
● Take each project from ideation to final delivery
Leadership
● Facilitate and attend team and client meetings
● Coordinate personal and team workloads from PM system Monday.com
● Work with internal team of event producers, project managers, designers and video producers, confidently communicating creative vision
Clients
● Support sales at client meetings, to understand requirements
● Build strong relationships with our clients, understand their needs and future event schedule, resulting in quality delivery and recurring business
● Client facing, responsive to clients when required
Creative
● Own the creative for a variety of video and event projects, able to jump into other projects (graphic design, animation) when required
● Create moodboards, storyboards and creative briefs
● Pitch creative concepts to stakeholders both internal and external
Delivery
● Provide solutions for any complex technical or personnel challenge on events
● Arrange logistics for projects, sourcing filming locations, event venues, production staff and talent
● Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion
● Ability to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
● Hands-on location and on-site management
Best Practices
● Develop internal process and best practice guidelines
● Keep up to date with developments in the industry and share internally.
Experience requirements
● 3-5 years of experience in a Creative Producing role
● Interest in AR, VR, Metaverse and keeping up with emerging digital technologies
● Ability to communicate ideas clearly and deliver creative pitches, including creating presentation decks and supporting materials
● Able to travel to studios, offices (mostly London), or venues for site visits or produce studio days for hybrid/in-person events

● Active communicator, to coordinate others and update all stakeholders
● Extremely thorough to make sure no ball is dropped
● Builds very strong relationships with internals and clients
● Work in high-pressure situations with a cool head

Location: London (almost all events are in the London area)
Office in Shoreditch, flexible work from home on non-shoot days.
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 depending on experience
Hours
Majority of events in core business hours, but the role will require 2-4 evenings work per month and 3-4 weekends of work per year.
