Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented Spanish Voiceover Artist for the New York State Office of Mental Health’s “We Hear You” public awareness campaign. This campaign aims to share impactful stories of individuals from diverse backgrounds who seek help through the 988 lifeline during times of mental health distress.
Job Responsibilities:
- Record voiceovers for 2 1/2 scripts (durations of 15 seconds and 6 seconds).
- Deliver strong, appealing, and empathetic vocal performances that convey the emotional depth and authenticity of the characters’ experiences.
- Provide clean, raw audio files for production use.
Requirements:
- Fluent Spanish speaker.
- Ability to portray a range of emotions and characters, sounding between 20-30 years old.
- Must submit a voiceover reel in Spanish as part of the application.
- Capability to record remotely with professional-quality sound.
- All submitted files must be raw and clean (no background noise or effects).
- Comfort with full buyout terms; no future residuals or payments beyond the initial compensation.
Compensation:
- Flat rate of $600 for the voiceover work.
- Additional buyout fee of $300.
- Agency fee: 10% of total payment (if applicable).
